All these years it is common sense that sheet masks are soaking wet with serum and to be disposed after each use. Hence I couldn't get my head round that the new Charlotte Tilbury's sheet mask is DRY and can be RESUED up to 3 times?!

The latest launch of Hourglass new foundation stick seems to me an understate event. It was launch in July in the US and in August in the UK. With the love of the UK beauty bloggers to the brand, I was surprise that there hasn't been that much mentioned in their videos or blog posts, whereas in the past every beauty blogger would be talking about a Hourglass launch non-stop for months that you cannot get away with it. But this time the media coverage seems to be surprisingly quiet to me... I have always been using liquid foundations as I always have the impression that foundation stick is dry and will give a cakey look. Little I know that Hourglass has broken this myth!

Why did I buy it? I have been looking for wireless earphones for the past so many years. Most of the wireless earphones can only listen to music. I found that it's really hard to find a pair that is wireless, that can listen to music AND can receive phone calls. When I saw Lily Pebble mentioned these earphones in her " 5 Current Favourite Tech Accessories "I looked up the specs and ordered them straight away! (Literally - pause the video, checked the specs, ordered then continued to watch the rest of the video -  LOL)

In UK, I think Suqqu is most known for their cheek brush because it’s almost a staple in Lisa Eldridge videos! Closely behind are their Liquid Eyebrow pen and their moss green eyebrow powder . But no one really talks about their other makeup items nor their skincare… Recently I was in the market for a new foundation and feeling spendy, so I popped into Selfridges to try their Frame Fix Foundation Lightness SPF 30 , and it’s a whopping £58! (eeek..!)

   Inside Lily x Anna Cult Beauty Box, Sunday Riley's Luna Sleeping Night Oil is probably the most exciting product for me. I have been intrigued by Luna Oil since it first came out… I love the name – Luna sounds mysterious, and the blue tinted oil looks interesting! “Will I turn into a Smurf?!”

When I was ordering this bag from Zara’s website, I was 50/50 about it… It looked quite small in the photos, plus the price, £69.99… ouch! But hey, I thought I could return it if I don’t like it. And I am so glad that I have ordered it because I just love it so much!

Lately I have been obsessed with the Estee Lauder Enlighten Dark Spot Correcting Night Serum . In the past I tried the Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution, it was alright but I didn’t find the result that amazing. So when I got a sample of for this Estee Lauder Enlighten Serum, I didn’t have high hopes … But how wrong I was! The sample bottle lasted me for two generous weeks and after that I rushed out to get the full size. Although it is called a serum, it is a light milky lotion texture, it is easily absorbed into skin and it feels moisturising. With the sample bottle, I used it every night after my cleansing routine. I can see visible results to my face after two weeks. My blemish marks are significantly lighter (my main concern) and the skin tone for the rest of my face is visibly more even.  Now I have the full size bottle (30ml, also available in 50ml size), I am going to follow the instructions to use it both day and night. YSL Volupte Tint in Oil came to my attention because one of my favourite Hong Kong YouTuber Elizabeth Yeung mentioned it too many times in her regular videos and vlogs, so I had to see for myself. And I am so glad that I have! These (yes, plural, because I bought two!) have swiftly become my new favourite lip product!

I was ecstatic when I received this surprise lipstick from +Cynthy Chui  . How could a lipstick reinvent itself and be exciting? The Koreans seem to have endless creativity in recent years. The latest lip trend is what the Korean called “petal lips” – using two colours to create a gradient effect, lips look more 3D and have the “just bitten” attractiveness to them.  But instead of putting on two lipsticks one after another, any other easier way to achieve this effect? The latest renovation is Laneige’s Two Tone Lip Bar. Laneige has cleverly created this two-tone lipstick – one swipe will give the gradient lip effect instantly!

Despite I have a whole drawer of foundations, these two are my absolute faves for this autumn and winter – Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place foundation and Benefit Big Easy BB Cream – One for work days and one for the weekends, they are seeing me through week after week recently.

My love to Charlotte Tilbury's products is just unstoppable!! When I thought her latest launch of the Supermodel Look Collection ( my blog post here ) was the last launch before Christmas, things just get even better!! How could anyone resist the Mini Lipstick Charms Trio and the new Signature Makeup Bag in "Rose Gold & Crimson Night" ?

Charlotte Tilbury Makeup has a very special place to me – It is the first makeup brand that I actually met the founder and creator, Charlotte herself . Other brands like Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier or Aerin Lauder, although they are actual people, their names are just brand names, we probably would never meet them in person, unless you are an influential editor or blogger in the beauty industry. However, with Charlotte’s products, I actually met her and chatted to her, AND her products are indeed incredible! So whenever she has new launches, the news really excites me! Her latest launch, to be in time for Christmas, is the Supermodel Look Special Edition Collection .

I haven't heard of HJ Manicure before, not until I stumbled across them on Instagram, entered their prize draw (which I'd never win anything), and I did win a bottle of their nail polish!

I know the feeling... Washing brushes is probably the worst part in our makeup routine, but we just have to get on with it. My way to make it a bit more enjoyable is to buy a fancier yet effective product. I found the Vegan Brush Shampoo by London Brush Company is so good!
