Breast Cancer Awareness Month : Bobbi Brown French Pink Set

October is the Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And today 13th October is Secondary Breast Cancer Awareness Day. It is a day dedicated to spreading the word about the other side of breast caner, the incurable side. This shows how important it is for all of us to be aware of it, and don't feel embarrassed to talk about it with your GP if you have any concerns or worries. It is also very important that we support the good work that the Breast Cancer Research Foundation have been doing.

Apart from direct donation, another way we can show our support is to shop for the special products and companies have committed to donate part of the sale proceeds to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Beauty brands like Jo Malone, Estee Lauder, Origins, Clinique all have special pink products to support this good cause.

As for myself, I have purchased the Bobbi Brown French Pink Set. I bought mine from Selfridges. The set costs £35, and £5 will be donated to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

This exclusive set includes the French Pink Blush embossed with a BCA ribbon in a mirrored compact, and a mini Face Blender Brush in a bright pink handle.

The set is so cute! Bobbi Brown's blush and brush never disappoint. And for once, spending money on makeup is for such a good cause! There is nothing not to love about this set.

So! Go out this sunday and look for the pink ribbon symbols - spending for once is not just to treat yourself, but it is to help others and contribute to a good cause too!

Estee Lauder Enlighten Dark Spot Correcting Night Serum

Lately I have been obsessed with the Estee Lauder Enlighten Dark Spot Correcting Night Serum . In the past I tried the Kiehl’s Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Solution, it was alright but I didn’t find the result that amazing. So when I got a sample of for this Estee Lauder Enlighten Serum, I didn’t have high hopes … But how wrong I was! The sample bottle lasted me for two generous weeks and after that I rushed out to get the full size. Although it is called a serum, it is a light milky lotion texture, it is easily absorbed into skin and it feels moisturising. With the sample bottle, I used it every night after my cleansing routine. I can see visible results to my face after two weeks. My blemish marks are significantly lighter (my main concern) and the skin tone for the rest of my face is visibly more even.  Now I have the full size bottle (30ml, also available in 50ml size), I am going to follow the instructions to use it both day and night. Use it at night to reduce

Makeup Lego : Jouer Little Black Dress Palette

I love Lego and I love Makeup - what if there is a Lego in the makeup world....?! Jouer Cosmetics has made this dream come true, especially with the two palettes that they have: Blushing Beauty Collection and the Little Black Dress palette. A few YouTubers like Essie Button , Fleur De Force , and Ameila have talked about the Blushing Beauty Collection on their videos, but I actually prefer the Little Black Dress palette instead.
