Too many people, Too little Palettes: Nars One Night Stand Palette

When I received the dispatched email from Space NK, I was like,

"What?

Really??

Sure???

Have they got my order mixed up???"

At the time when I ordered the Nars One Night Stand palette, the estimated re-stocking time was 1st Dec 2013. That was why when I got the dispatched email two days later, I couldn't believe my eyes! I felt like I have won the lottery!

Nars One Night Stand palette is a collaboration between Nars and Guy Bourdin. The palette has four blushes, one highlighter and one bronzer. The size of the palette is bigger than I thought, perhaps due to each pan is a nearly full size product rather than minis. This big size gives a big mirror, good for long trips (a week or longer), it is not the best choice to have in handbags.

The best thing about this palette is that it has included all of Nar's most signature colours - Laguna bronzer, Orgasm blush & Deep Throat blush. With people like me who have heard so many good things about Nars but does not own any of their product (Nope, not not a single one), this palette has played the best catching-up for my lost years with Nars in a lightening speed...

*Warning - Please apply all the colours with a light hand. Each of these are highly pigmented.

For £45 with 6 x 4g blushes, this is a great value palette (as compare to normal size blush has 4.5g - £21.50 each). However, if you already own a few of these colours, you might not need this…

My verdict? What One Night Stand? Nars and I are married!
